Then my statement would say: "My hope is to develop a domestic violence/sexual assault program for the citizens of Middlesex County that works. “My ultimate goal is to see a shelter here in Middlesex County- one shelter for four counties is not enough.” It would be a great asset if we could find a building that can be converted just for this very purpose.
Violence is an epidemic, which has no boundaries it affect men, women, girls and boys. Its time this county had a program and a shelter where victims can get the legal assistance, counseling, and a court advocate to see them through the whole process.
